Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.
Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship for an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You have 7 days from receipt of package to initiate a return. Please email email@example.com to initiate a return.
For in store pickup, please pick within a timely manner. In store pickup items will be ready the same business day if received before 2pm, after 2pm or anytime the store front is closed, your purchase will be ready the next business day. For in store pickup you have 7 days for exchange or store credit from the date of purchase.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Sale items, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE.
